Account Executive - Sales - Business to Business (B2B)

·         Be deliberate in your efforts to exceed sales targets

·         Be coachable and willing to follow established processes and procedures

·         Actively market New Horizons products and training solutions within the Toronto market

·         Establish meeting opportunities and develop relationships with customers

·         Willingness and ability to be a team player

 

 Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 

·         Maintain a high level of activity to meet defined goals

·         Maintain a high level of professional, voice and written correspondence with prospects and customers

·         Adhere to the processes, procedures and systems, as directed, to conduct your sales activities

·         Use outbound cold-calling, inbound leads, emails and other prospecting tools to secure client meetings to discover solution opportunities

·         Consistently acquire new customers while you maintain and grow existing customer relationships

·         Consistently work to develop and grow a sales pipeline

·         Prepare reports, attend meetings, provide accurate forecasting of sales and related activities as requested

·         Commit to ongoing learning of technology and related products and services

·         Servicing customers from the beginning to the end of the sales process
 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·         1-3 years of professional Sales, Marketing or related experience preferred

·         Microsoft Office and general desktop PC computer and Microsoft Windows skills required

·         Ability to learn quickly especially technology and business-related processes and systems

·         Excellent communication skills; verbal and written as well as the ability to listen, comprehend and understand simple through complex scenarios
