Client Solutions Advisor - Sales

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain a high level of activity to meet defined goals.
  • Maintain a high level of professional voice communication, and written correspondence with prospects and customers.
  • Adhere to the processes, procedures, and systems as directed to conduct your sales activities.
  • Use outbound cold-calling, inbound leads, emails, and other prospecting tools to secure client meetings to discover solution opportunities.
  • Consistently acquire new customers while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  • Consistently work to develop and grow a sales pipeline.
  • Prepare reports, attend meetings, provide accurate forecasting of sales and related activities as requested.
  • Commit to continued learning of New Horizons products and services.
  • Service of customers from the beginning to the end of the sales process.


  • Solutions selling experience preferred, experience selling training and education solutions preferred.
  • 1-3 years of professional Sales, Marketing, or related experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office and general desktop PC computer and Microsoft Windows skills required.
  • Ability to learn quickly, especially technology and business-related processes and systems. 
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written as well as the ability to listen, comprehend and understand simple through complex scenarios.
